What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00, check-out by 12:00. Ask us about early check-in or late check-out.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast for 2 guests is included: the Sunlight Morning Set, served at your villa. Choose up to 2 sets, any mix, each with a platter, pancakes or waffles with fresh fruit, and a drink.
What is the Puri Punggul visit?
Guests who book direct can visit Puri Punggul, the Balinese family palace of the family who owns The Lanaya, 400 m from the villa. It is free, arranged on request, and lasts at least 30 minutes. Stay as long as you like.
How far is the airport?
Ngurah Rai Airport is about 34 km away, roughly 1 hour 15 minutes by car. A private transfer by Aburva Travel costs Rp 450.000 per trip before 22:00 and Rp 500.000 from 22:00.
How do I get around?
The villa is in a quiet village, so a scooter or private driver is the easiest way to explore. Scooters start from Rp 100.000 per day, and Aburva Travel offers drivers and day trips.
Is there Wi-Fi and TV?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi in every unit, and Netflix and YouTube Premium already signed in on your TV.
How do I pay for a direct booking?
Book online and pay securely through our booking engine, or book on WhatsApp and pay by [payment link / bank transfer].
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours before check-in for a full refund (less processing fees). Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before check-in are charged 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Promotional rates may be non-refundable.
